He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since year 2011. He has vast experience in Statutory Audit, Ind AS, Transfer Pricing, GST, Consultancy of direct taxes and handling corporate affairs in different areas. He has been associated with PwC, Mumbai and EY, Ahmedabad (Big4 consulting firms) for 9 years in Audit and Assurance services. He started practice in January, 2020 and serving different industry clients.

He has performed statutory audits and limited review assignments of listed entities and other giant companies varying from Pharmaceutical industry, Diversified industrial products, Engineering goods, Metals, Infrastructure, FMCG etc. He has applied various data analytics tools for co-relation among different financial areas, identify various trends and control gaps in significant processes.

He has dealt with Group reporting of entity to USA counterpart auditors under US-GAAP. Assessed internal financial controls for compliance with SOX for USA listed entities. Evaluated design and operating effectiveness of internal financial controls established from the perspective of ICFR reporting under Indian Companies law.

She became the member of ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) in July, 2023 and she has been affiliated with the firm since November, 2023. She possesses a comprehensive skill set in various domains such as Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Subsidy incentives and preparation and advisory on Income Tax Returns. Her expertise is more particularly tailored to the intricacies of the manufacturing and trading industries.

Khushbu Tanna
Semi-Qualified CA, Commerce Graduate

As a dedicated Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Finalist) with successful completion of Group II in May 2023 and deligent B COM gradute in March 2020 (Gujarat Law Society), she brings a robust foundation in financial acumen. Over the course of one year as a Senior Audit Assistant after completion of her articleship, she worked in the audit of Automobile, Textile and other industries. She has honed the expertise in domains such as Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and Internal Audit. Her hands-on experience has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of financial processes within these domains and sectors.

She is associated with the firm since February, 2023. She is well versed with filing regular GST Returns and maintaining books of accounts on real time basis along with month end/ year end close process. She also has an experience in Auditing and analyzing financial statements. She has hands on experience of Inventory and Fixed assets physical verification assignments and filing TDS Returns.
